Malaysian U23 goes to the World Championship 2008

Datuk Astaman together with Anuar Manan and Muhamad Fauzan
after handing over flight tickets, hotel vouchers and expenses which
total about RM 30,000 for the two riders to represent Malaysia at
the UCI 2008 World Road Cycling Championship in Varese, Italy.
Cyclist Muhamad Fauzan will be participating in the time trial and
road events whilst Anuar Manan will taking part in the road event.

The U23 World Champion Cyclists 2008 seen at the airport
with Datuk Astaman and New Straits Times Journalist Arnaz.
The cyclists left for Rome on the 19th of September at 11.45 pm.
